Chris Heilmann on why clients don't care about accessibility

An oldie, but I only just now got around to posting it here: Christian Heilmann's article for Digital Web Magazine: 10 Reasons Clients Don't Care About Accessibility.

Stop selling accessibility as a technical issue. Address it in the scoping and design phase rather than at delivery.
