Creating Accessible and Slimline Forms

Andy King (of Speed Up Your Site fame) has put together a nice little how-to for creating an accessible feedback form using structural and semantic markup. If I'm completely honest, there's nothing here that hasn't already been said before and posted on other blogs or web standards sites, but Andy does a good job of running through the process step by step, pointing out a number of gotchas along the way. Worth a look if you're currently thinking about giving any of your forms a standards-based makeover.

This page is styled using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). If you can read this message, the chances are that your browser does not properly support CSS or you have disabled this yourself. The content on this site is perfectly readable without style sheets, though; it just doesn't look quite so fancy.
