What's wrong with this picture?

I had to flag this one up - a great example of a company that seems to 'get it' (on one hand) but then manages to foul it up at the same time. What's wrong with this picture? It's clear for all to see. Or rather it's not.

It gets worse, I click on the "click here" link and it went no where and after much communication with Earthlink tech support and others I got a non-response form all of them.

?Click here? is evil because blind user don?t click a mouse and ?here? is unsuitable as a link text when read out of context. It?s a classic. Making the whole phrase clickable might not be the best solution ? depends on the actual text though.
