Accessible Table Builder

Before you begin...

You will need to know the following information about your table:

  • total number of columns,
  • total number of rows,
  • where the headings are.

Please note that this tool does not cater for rowspan and colspan insertions. If needed, those will have to be added by yourself at a later stage.

Also, the axis attribute is not covered either because of the complexity involved and if you know of this feature then you probably have the skill and time to add the relevant markup.
