I sprained my ankle about 12 weeks ago, got it xrayed, no fracture, ive been doing physio excersises on it but it just wont heal! Doctors keep saying it is going to take time but ive never had a sprained ankle hurt this much for this long. It hurts moreso on the inside of the ankle and is very stiff in after sitting or sleeping. Any ideas on how to make it go away or if its normal ? Im 25 female if that helps....
