    I am a 135 Kg (height 6 feet) Indian Male and I am 26 years old. I had met with an accident about an year back and was working from home till August. Staying at home with fractures made me gain weight as I ate and worked from my bed. Now That I am better, I am planning to join a Gym (cardio and light weight training) which I can do after work in the evening. My questions are- 1. Exercise: What physical activities do I do to lose this weight? Will 40 mins cardio and 20 mins light weight at a Gym...
